An LED screen is not a single object you drop off. It is built on site from modular panels, so the same equipment becomes a 12 m² backdrop or a 100 m² festival wall depending on what the event needs. That modularity is what makes LED screen rental practical: you pay for the surface your audience actually requires, not for a fixed product.

A rental job normally covers four things: the panels themselves, the structure that holds them, transport to the venue, and the processing that turns your content or camera feed into a picture on the wall. Which of those apply, and how, depends on the venue — a ballroom and an open field are entirely different problems.

We are based in Lorquí, in the Murcia region of south-east Spain, and we run our own fleet, trucks and crew. That matters for international clients: there is no subcontracting chain between you and the people who show up.

• Festivals and concerts. A main stage backdrop plus side screens carrying the live camera feed, so the back of the crowd can see the performer. Outdoor panels with high brightness, because most of these start in daylight.
• Conferences and corporate events. Indoor LED video wall rental with a fine pixel pitch, since the front row sits close. Short rigging windows are the norm here, and they drive the whole plan.

• Sports venues. Scoreboards, perimeter boards with a high refresh rate so they do not flicker on slow-motion cameras, and big screens for the stands.

Pixel pitch follows viewing distance. It is the gap in millimetres between two LEDs: the smaller the number, the closer the audience can stand before the image breaks up. A P3.91 looks clean from about four metres, which is fine for a concert and wasteful for a two-metre trade stand. Paying for a finer pitch than the venue needs is money nobody sees.

Brightness follows ambient light. An outdoor screen in direct sun needs far more brightness than an indoor one. This is the single factor that decides whether a daytime outdoor event is visible at all.

Size follows the furthest viewer, not the stage. A working rule: screen height should be roughly one tenth of the distance to the furthest spectator. Sixty metres of audience depth means about six metres of screen height.

Wind matters more than rain. Outdoor panels are IP65 rated, so water is not the issue. A large screen is a large sail, and the structure is engineered for the wind expected at that specific site.

What we need from you to quote. Available surface, free height, whether the screen hangs or stands on ground support, the power supply at the point of installation, and truck access. With those five details we can close a configuration without a site visit in most cases.

Lead time. Two weeks is comfortable for a standard event. Large screens, or peak festival and trade-fair weeks, need booking earlier — availability tightens across the whole sector at those times, not just here.

Pricing. Rental is quoted per square metre and per day. From the second day the rate doubles and stays flat through the fourth, so two, three or four days cost the same.
